But I did fall in love with the sewing machine quilt from V&Co and the Butterfly quilt pattern by Tula Pink…not sure if she designed it or it was put out by her line though.

My favourite quilt pattern designer is Camille Roskelley. I never have problems understanding her patterns and my projects always turn out wonderfully. Her instructions are very clear. 🙂

Books_Bound December 10, 2013 - 5:18 am

Most of my quilt patterns are of the "free online tutorial" variety, and of the others I've made, I'm not loyal to a specific designer though. I do love Camille Roskelley's designs–I like the traditional vibe made with fresh colors. And I like a lot of V&Co. designs too–I'm making "Bloom" for my new niece!

I like Camille Roskelley because of her traditional blocks. I learned to quilt about 30 years ago, way before the modern quilting boom. Camille uses the blocks that I'm already familiar with and makes them fresh again, I love that!

Kelli December 10, 2013 - 12:35 pm

I actually love the aesthetic of Lee from Freshly Pieced and her new collaboration with Faith and Katie–and their book Vintage Quilt Revival. I love that traditional meets modern vibe.

I don't think I can have a favourite quilt pattern designer when I am working on my first quilt ever and it is a scrappy squares quilt which required no pattern. I do love Tula Pink though and really want her 100 Modern book so maybe without having tried them she is my favourite for now.

I love Atkinson patterns. Among others, of course. Lizzy B is another favorite.

wipgirl December 12, 2013 - 1:45 am

Favourite pattern designer… that's tough. I'm making a really awesome quilt from a pattern by V and Co right now, so maybe Vanessa Christenson. For today, anyway!

I'm new to quilting, so I don't know most of the quilt designers out there. I will say that Elizabeth Hartman from Oh, Fransson! inspired me to make my first machine-quilted project recently – an advent calendar. She is currently do a Catvent QAL. I wish I had time to do it right now, but I do plan to make mine in the new year.

Leslie December 12, 2013 - 3:47 am

I don't any designers. I actually haven't done any quilting but I'd like to try it soon.

Tamie December 12, 2013 - 4:03 am

Oh my gosh. I don't really have a favorite designer. I like a lot of Camille's, Sunday Morning Quilts, Red Pepper Quilts. What a wonderful prize. Thank you for participating in the Giveaway Day.

Hi. I don't really have a specific favorite quilt designer. I am constantly inspired by bloggers, Maureen Cracknell, Anne of Playcrafts, Kate Conklin, etc. In my early quilting days, I purchased patterns, but I'm less likely to do so now. That being said, I just purchased the Feathers quilt pattern, by Allison Glass, and I'm excited to make that one!

Am L December 12, 2013 - 6:16 am

I had a poke around your blog, and it's great, so I just started following you via Bloglovin. I marvel at the tiny doll quilts!
